How to Make a Reservation

1. Message us on Messenger (or call us) with your date and number of guests to check availability and make a reservation.
2. Once you have a reservation, a Php 2,000 to Php 5,000 deposit per tour/slot is requested to confirm the reservation (no deposit - no reservation)
3. You can pay the deposit via Bank Deposit or Bank Online/Mobile Transfer
4. The deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill
5. Pay the deposit within 3 days after you make the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
6. If your stay is 3 days away or less, pay the deposit right away. Otherwise, the reservation will not be made.

*** WARNING : Do not Pay if you have no Reservation.  Deposits are Non-refundable ***

Pay Deposit by Bank Online/Mobile Transfer

1. Access your Bank’s Online/Mobile App or GCash
2. Transfer the required deposit for the pool you reserved to Bank name: BDO Unibank Inc., Account Name: V.S. Benito Realty and Dev Corp, Account No: 002820122848
3. Write your Name, Pool Name, Time and Date of Reservation on the Remarks/Description of the Bank Online/Mobile App Transfer Form. Email a photo or screenshot of the successful transfer confirmation to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
4. You can also send the screenshot to us on Messenger. If you cannot email or message, call (632) 8697 0769 or +63998-163-2946 with the transfer details.
5. If you do not contact us with your transfer confirmation details, your reservation will NOT BE FINALIZED

Pay Deposit by Bank Deposit

1. Pay the required deposit for the pool you reserved to Bank name: BDO Unibank Inc., Account Name: V.S. Benito Realty and Dev Corp, Account No: 002820122848
2. Write your Name, Pool Name, Time and Date of Reservation on the bank deposit slip. Email a photo or scanned copy of the validated bank deposit slip to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
3. You can also send the photo to us on Messenger. If you cannot email or message, call (632) 8697 0769 or +63998-163-2946 with the deposit slip details.
4. If you do not contact us with your validated bank deposit slip details, your reservation will NOT BE FINALIZED
